About Lateef

My passion has always been to help people; so contact me about a "pro bono" session. I've been blessed to have created a 7-figure online brand at Onassis Krown that is 90% automated allowing me to focus on the things I find most rewarding like helping individuals reach their fullest potential as a Life Coach, couples create the relationship they truly desire as a Marriage Counselor and small businesses & entrepreneurs thrive as a Business Consultant.

Many coaches can "talk the talk," but none have "walked the walk" quite like myself. I overcame a rough childhood upbringing in the South Bronx & Miami exposed to the difficulties of parental infidelity, blended family, substance abuse, domestic violence & divorce to create a high-quality and fulfilling life for me and my family through hard work, perseverance & coaching.

Now as a Certified Life Coach for over a decade, I use my vast experience as a Naval Officer, Entrepreneur, Financial Advisor, Insurance Agent, Real Estate Investor, Sales Leader, Trainer, Educator, Author, Yogi, Husband and Father of 4, to not only deliver textbook expertise but real-life personal experience to help clients in ways other coaches simply cannot. I am also the author of two books, "Know Thyself: To Awaken Self-Realization" and "The Golden Egg: Successful Behaviors, Financial Smarts & 10 Quantum Principles for Prosperity." I believe we, as humans, are three-part beings in body mind spirit, and I try to approach clients as such to ensure we are achieving holistic growth.

Whether it’s helping individuals or couples with counseling to create a happier relationship, improve communication, deal with stress, control emotions, develop helpful tools, incorporate mindful techniques, implement new parenting strategies, mentorship, overcome addiction, strengthen health & mindset, spiritual growth, improve overall quality of life, develop a better work-life balance or achieve a complete personal transformation, I have helped many clients reach new heights.

Although I only speak English, as a veteran, I've traveled the world, lived in many cities & states and have worked with many people of different ethnic, social, economic & cultural backgrounds and thus am adaptable, able to build rapport with anyone and have a better understanding & respect for how to approach matters catered to each client.

I also help professionals advance their careers, change in careers, college education, resume building, increase sales revenue, image consulting, public speaking, create company culture, strengthen staffing, provide motivation for company events, and help start/grow businesses. I have the background, know-how, relationships & resources to help you achieve tangible results! I will work with clients on an hourly basis, but for true transformation, I prefer to leverage the "seven pillars" and enroll clients in a personalized program from 30-90 days that tracks progress:

I am open to in-person sessions, but I leverage technology to work remotely with the right clients located almost anywhere.
