About Tina
No two people are alike, nor should thier workouts be! Each individual needs to be treated like a Star! 5 points I focus on to help my clients reach their goals are strength, flexibility, nutrition, stability and endurance.....and I encourage positive thinking and yoga to help controll stress levels.
I am blessed to absolutely love what I do! I am passionate about helping people! I am a medical Exercise specialist whih allows me the unique opportunity to work with people of all different ages, health issues, challenges, concerns. I have near 20 specialized certifications, including my latest passion Yoga. I am a Tyoga instructor, certified trauma Informed Yoga teacher and practice Yoga for special populations and presumed healthy. I coach fitness teams, teach pilates, core, kick boxing, weights. Basically anything fitness....I am in!
certified Medical Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor (yoga, kickboxing, spinning, weights) Yoga and Pilates. I am a certified Fit, Life, Core, Punch (boxing) Tribe Coach.
