About Christine
Affordable, personalized and comfortable plus fun. We work with you and your schedule. We offer a wide variety of types of yoga and Pilate's and customize to your level. Our classes are $10 and lessons are on a sliding scale. We have a team of 5 yoga instructors. Plus we offer a 200 YTTP personalized to your schedule.
Providing people with a safe and comfortable environment where they can do such things as yoga, pilate's etc and be themselves while doing so.
When I opened my health and wellness center over two years ago, I decided to dive in and study a lot of different types of body work and yoga. I love it.
200 YTT and in process of obtaining 500. Certified in Pilates, Yin yoga, Shred Yoga, Breema and yogalites as well as a number of other related certifications. I have a doctoral degree in counseling psychology.

Get to know the student including goals, health issues, concerns and limitations. We work with students on their level.
Quite a variety. Many of my students had never done yoga before entering the center. Some had in the past but it had been quite some time. Others are more experienced. Many of the students have physical issues, injuries or limitations as well.
Ask questions. Do not hesitate to interview the instructor to make sure they are knowledgable in the areas you need, can make any necessary modifications for you and that you like. It is crucial for the instructor to listen and hear you as well as be knowledgeable to your needs.
I have been working a lot with one student. I love when she shared with me the differences she is noticing as a result of practicing regularly.

I use a sliding scale - whatever people can afford. Our classes are $10 each but we do offer a 10 class pass for $90 and an unlimited monthly pass for $99.
