About Latha
My classes are personalized to each individual needs.

Small advice will be provided to practice at home.
Have been exposed to yoga for 6 years and teaching yoga for 2 years.
finished my YTT course in 2016.
started my Yoga Therapy college on 1998 .
My sole purpose of doing this class is to help people benefit from their million dollar body.
Yoga instructor at "Shapes" fitness for woman.
I have done yoga instructor certification course(YICC) 200hrs and cpr certification.
Trying to become yoga therapist.
