About Dshon

The complexities that comes with everday life can be challenging when trying to find our own balance in life. Staying consisitence with our goals while also trying to stay consistance with our nutrient, daily task, health, fitness, etc, can be overwhelming. Here at Create Change Health and Wellnes, I want to empower individuals mentally, physically, and spiritually to over come life's conflicting problems and give more awarencess to the ways we perceive life. Self fulfillment and joy is the goal! I provide personal training and wellness coaching to give my clients the full experience of change.

I enjoy empowering my clients with confident and knowledge to reach there goals by helping them make the choices needed to live a more fulfilling life. My approach involves not only involves physical training but also mental and emotional aspect to. We can train our bodies to achieve the results we want but if we don't educate our minds on why we do what we do, we'll never reach are full goal.

I started off as a personal trainer. Over time I wanted to help my clients with more than just fitness. So I got into wellness coaching. To help my clients with overall Lifestyle changes.

Personal training CPT is through NASM
Wellness Coach certified through school of well coaches. (concealed information)

About the lesson

First session is a free consultation. We dive into conversation about your goals, visions, habits, fitness experiences, diet, and motivations. The goal will be to make your overall end goal a clear 20/20 vision so that the path to achieve this goal is clear and understood. After that we put together a FIT plan to reach your goals. We spend another 30 mins working out so that you can get get a feel for what structure fitness looks like.

I've worked with every type person you can think of as coach and Personal Trainer for example families, depression, job change, behavior change, diet, weight loss, self realization, spiritually, body building, etc.

Awareness is the greatest trait we have as human beings. With awareness of self comes true changes if you choose it to be.

Details

Training session cost per session/ full. Payments are month to month. Sessions can be once or three times a week with one or two well coaching sessions a week.

8 sessions 62.50 per session - 500 per month

10 sessions 62.50 per session - 625 per month

12 sessions 62.50 per session - 725 per month

20 sessions 62.50 per session - 1,250
