About Jennifer

I teach people who feel unfulfilled to reclaim their personal power and joy! Through Inner Child Healing & Breathwork!

I fell in love with transformation work and believe we all have blind spots, even me! I also have coaches!

I believe that we perfom at our best when become the best versions of ourselves!

We don't always know what that looks like unless we have people who are willing to put a mirror in front us and sit in the passenger seat and support us to navigate!

I am pending certification through Global Coaching Federation

About the lesson

We will work together for 60 days 1:1 mentoring and you will have an opportunity to join a live or virtual workshop.

Entrepreneurs, Middle-Aged adults who have life experience.

You have nothing to lose, in my point of view. As mentioned, we ALL have blind spots and know WHAT we know based on our experiencing and belief system.

When we can operate from a place of "I don't know, what I don't know" that gives us the space to create more learning and applying new tools to our life's tool box.

In a way, the pandemic to me has been a blessing. I express my sincerest condoloences to the many, people who I know personally, who have lost their lives.

Their legacy has taught me so much about life and how to see it as a gift moment to moment.

In other ways, the pandemic has moved people out of our comfort zones and allowed us space to get creative and build wonderful connections.

Yes! My 60 day program + 3 day live (or virtual) workshop costs total of $1,500.
