About Heather

My focus is to help people determine where they want to go and how they are going to get there. That's my purpose as your coach, to help you get from point A to point B. We will do this through coaching conversations as we dig into where you want to get and how you want to get there. Every conversation is unique to you and your situation.

Helping others is a joy God has given me.

Coaching is a process where we look at where you are today, where you want to go, and how you are going to get there. Along the way, we will discover your strengths and build on those strengths.

Coaching teachers has inspired me to help others in other areas of their life.

I have been an instructional coach for over 6 years in public school and am using that training to help students/clients to reach their goal.

About the lesson

I start with a complimentary session to discuss their goals and to see if we are the right team to get the student to their goal.

Find someone that you will work well with, someone that will challenge you and hold you accountable to the goals that you set.
