About Christine
I provide guidance and sharing of the knowledge and practice of classical yoga (includes philosophy) through the 4 paths (bhakti yoga, karma yoga, raja yoga, jnana yoga) and Ayurveda (Indian traditional medical system) as a lifestyle to promote overall health, wholeness and healing.
I am also an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor and Body Therapist. I offer diet, lifestyle and disease prevention counseling as well as Indian Ayurvedic treatments like abhyanga (oil massage).
I enjoy tailoring my private sessions to especially meet each individual's needs, allowing them to realistically practice daily on their own to change their lives mentally, physically and spiritually.

About the lesson

For Yoga instruction, there is an initial interview and assessment where we mutually see if we are compatible to work together to best fit the clients needs and interests. For Ayurveda there is a free 20 minute introductory meeting to learn more about what it is about. Afterwards you can book an initial consultation and I give you intake forms to fill out that will be needed before you come to your appointment with me. Initial consultation is about 1.5 hours long. The fee also includes the 45 min 'report of findings' meeting that we do after I assess your information from our initial meeting.
