About Heather

I help people who are looking for what's next in their career, who are frustrated in their current career situation, are overwhelmed with how to search for a new job, and are wanting to get clear about what to do next.

I love helping people find the type of work that fulfills them in their life.

I have 20 years of experience working Human Resources for a variety of companies. I started my own business, Ludwig Coaching, in 2008. I have two coaching certifications: Certified Career Management Coach and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. I am affiliated with the International Coaching Federation.

About the lesson

Individuals who are interested, would first contact me to set up their complimentary Career Discovery Session via the telephone. Then, depending on what we learn at the session, the student may choose the appropriate coaching package to meet their needs.

I have worked with individuals from 18 - 60 years old. Some are in high school, college, currently working in jobs or making a transition to a new job.

Be sure the coach is certified in coaching and is affiliated with the International Coaching Federation.
