About Edward
Creativity and imagination, learning throught experience and making the science of training the body and nutrition fun. Outstanding trainer and educator with the skill and ability to connect with any person, since 1991. I've worked with children, olympic athletes, teenagers animals, pro wrestlers, eledrely folks, and everyday adults. Learn how to train the body for any goal or physical endeavor using advanced combinations of strength training, yoga, stretching and nutritional know-how. I teach and train trainers and massage therapists at the College level.

I'm keeping thjis short. I always ask, "What are your goals?" Then discuss these and provide the big picture of what it takes to make it happen. I teach "experientially" - that is, learning by doing and then connect this to the sicence of what is happening if the student wants to know.
