Michael, The HypnoMedMan has been teaching meditation since 2011 and has created a simple, easy and effective process that makes meditation natural and enjoyable, because it uses the very nature of the mind rather than trying to work against it.

He even provides a recording, usually on your smart phone, so you learn the process by simple repetition.

For example, I will be doing an online Hypnomeditation training course and also various times for Group Hypnomeditation practice.

Ever since I started meditating in 1973, I wanted to teach this to others. Then I becoming a certified Hypnotherapist in 1997, then in 2012 I developed HypnoMeditation.

I've been meditating 50 years daily. I've experienced all different types of meditation throughout the world. I practice transcendental meditation I've done Buddhist, Sufi, American Indian, breath,(Prana Yama) yoga, to mention a few.

I'm also a certified hypnotherapist and have been for 25 years. I present this meditation before my professional group with rave reviews.

About the lesson

I need to explain what we're going to do and how we are going to do it.

It's really very simple and when you understand that simplicity it makes it easier to do.

I worked with all age groups of students and the older age group seems to be more interested in my technique.
