About Ashlyn

I have a passion for helping others reduce stress and improve their wellbeing through mindfulness. This practice has had such a positive impact on my life that I wanted to start my own business to teach others. I am a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and offer both 1:1 coaching, as well as corporate wellness programs. I love being able to help others improve their mental health and well-being with this practice.

I took the leap in 2020 to start my own business after being a case manager. I've had the idea for years but finally decided to pursue it during the pandemic. I'm so happy I did!

I am a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and have been practicing on my own for over five years.

About the lesson

We will have a quick 10-15 minute call before to discuss your goals, and what you need help with. I'll also explain my coaching program and how it can help you!

Women who deal with anxiety, stress, overthinking, trouble relaxing, and don't know how to be present.

Try to have an open mind when it comes to mindfulness. It is a newer concept in society, and is becoming more popular so many don't know exactly what it is. Try it out for yourself before believing the myths or misconceptions. It truly is a life-changing practice!
