About Nancy Grace
My breath, energy and relaxation exercises give you in the moment relief from anxiety, emotional distress and deep tension in your body. I also coach and empower counselors, therapists and other helping professionals how to implement their intuitive gifts with clients and to discover the crux of their life work and purpose. Hands on work includes energy meridian tapping (EFT and Tong Ren Therapy), point holding, guided inner awareness and access consciousness. My approach to sensual education and spiritual counseling empowers you to experience your life force energy as your creative and spiritual energy.
I offer consults, privates, couples, and group work. My genius lies in my ability to tap into energy constrictions and guide you safely and swiftly through deeper emotional clearing with breath, sound and movement. Specialties include working with addiction, challenges with attention, anxiety and sexual trauma.
Discover how you can breathe, flow, relax, tune in & tune up your energy, embody deeper inner awareness, whole body relaxation, unwind past trauma, transform inner challenges,feel more alive in your body.
