WHO ARE WE
We are professionals with over 50 years of collective experience. We are passionate about what we do and intent on improving the lives of others in an affordable, accessible, enjoyable manner. Courses are easy to understand & SO MUCH FUN! The intro.course is taught by Melissa Jaffe, a licensed attorney, entrepreneur, yoga & meditation teacher & mother.
I was a ballet dancer who fell in love with yoga.
I've been teaching yoga and meditation for over 20 years. I'm certified in Iyengar, vinyasa flow, hatha, yin, & child's yoga. I also have training in Ayurveda and nutrition.
