About Kente'
Knowledgeability. Affordability. Compassion.
Knowledgeability: Years of experience with fitness and wellness, plus being a people person has given me a unique perspective on how to counsel, advise, and coach people.
Affordability: My services are worth every penny. They are right in line with what the market charges.
Compassion: I use compassion and empathy because we all need someone in our corner at times. This world can be a tough, scary place. I'd like to think that I can be a difference-maker in the regard of showing humanity to others.
Seeing the evolution of a client from a detrained state to a state of being, a state of mind- right where the client wants to be.
