About Rhea

I am just a regular person who set out in 2011 to find the skills, knowledge, and practices that would serve me into living in a way that I could manage my mental and physical health that would lead to a life of well-being that I truly can enjoy.

I found everything I needed in Ayurvedic Medicine, Yoga, and meditation and now I am ready to share it with you. :)

I throughly enjoy seeing the "Aha" moments from my clients and students when they realize these simple, common sense practices can transform their lives. When their eyes glow and they radiate happiness and content because they have empowered themselves to maintain their health and well-being and now truly enjoy their one precious life.

About the lesson

I offer weekly virtual drop-in classes that offer you a way to get to know me, and is a low commitment way to get all the benefits of my services.

If you are interested in services that are tailored to your specific needs I also offer in person and virtual 1:1 consulting and mentoring.

I offer group programs where we get more in depth into the modalities of health and well-being I know.

Lastly, I offer self-paced programs that are online and you can work your way through a variety of subjects to gain the knowledge and skills and practice at the pace that is most serving to you.
