About Stacie

ChakraFit is a leading edge system providing 1-1 and group coaching to help people master their mindset for empowerment in their lives.

My name is Stacie Shepherd and I've experienced transformation in my own life from literally being suicidal to being an empowered, passionate owner of my own business where I live in two places (a long-time goal), make my own schedule, and travel around the world helping others.

I have a master's degree in education and currently am seeking licensure in acupuncture, but my true expertise comes from years of studying under healers, master teachers, and numerous self-help courses. Through these experiences I was able to gather tools that allowed me to transform my life. I have written a book, Donuts and Chakras - A Spiritual Journey of Food, Fun, and Finding My Way. I created a modality to read chakras that I call Energy Body Analysis and each year I lead participants on a week-long retreat in places like Belize where transformation is upleveled through the experience.

I began teaching my stuffed animals in my room when I was in kindergarten. ;)

My entire life experience has been my training. I currently am studying acupuncture, have studied chakras, numerous healing modalities, and energy bodywork modalities.

About the lesson

I typically ask them to give some details about their intention for seeking a coach. From there, we will either set-up a 20-minute breakthrough session to get to know one another or schedule our first session through my calendar: (concealed information)

I've worked with students of all ages, but recently have been working with primarily women in their 30s and up.
