About Jose

My area of interests are in Authentic Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Change Management, Innovativeness, Education, Leadership, and Management.

I coach in different areas: Leadership, Business, Personal Challenges, Marriage, Education, Resiliency, and others.

I am a former high school dropout. I went from GED to PhD.

My passion is to help people Dream Big and Reach Higher.

Helping people overcome struggles. Seeing those I coach succeed.

I am a certified Life Coach, Leadership Coach, Business Coach, and Coach Trainer.

I earned my PhD in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake Univeristy in San Antonio, TX.

I earned my M.Div. (Master of Divinity) from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA.

I earned my B.A. in English with a Creative Writing Emphasis from UTSA.

About the lesson

I start with a 15 minute exploration. After the exploration, the student determines what area (specific) he/she would like to address. We set up a meeting time.

I will help student create SMART goals and will hold the student accountable during our meetings.

I have helped couples with marital challenges and pre marital planning. I have worked with students (high school and college) that need to determine their career and educational goals. I have worked with entrepreneurs to help them overcome areas where they feel stuck.

The standard a la cart price is $125/hr. However, if the student commits to at least a month the price drops to $75/hr.
