About Courtney
With an emphasis on the fundametals of movement and breath, I also bring with me the holistic approach to healing and prevention. Yoga is where my personal journey to health began and have since added nutrition and life coacing certifications to my tool belt. I'd like to share this passion and knowledge with you, to help guide you along the path of wellness utilizing your own personal power to achieve your goals and dreams. I believe that movement is fundamental to all life but also believe in the importance of balancing our mind and spirit as well as our physical body to obtain optimal wellness.
