About Erin

Hi! I'm Erin and I love helping people get the results, satisfaction and peace of mind they are looking to find.

I work with clients who are struggling with their relationships. I equip you to ensure your most meaningful relationships thrive. Family - Friends - Work - Self

I also help with personal growth when someone has a blindspot to themself (we all do) and are spinning their wheels. I help with clarity, confidence, anxiety, boundaries, self care and life/work balance

The Enneagram a great tool that helps us have insight into ourselves and others to understand why we thnk, feel and do what we do.

I also help with parenting as I have two great teens (it took alot of work) that I have had success and experience to offer.

I work with teens and college students as well

I have been married for 19 years and have much to offer in this area as well.

I have a Bachelors in Psychology

About the lesson

I first have a free phone consultation to talk about what you want coaching on and to see if it is a good fit.

We then decide what the plan and course of action is.

I often give tools, practicals and homework so you can apply what you learned in our session.

Then we meet the next week or so and go over what wins you had, what insights, what worked and what didn't etc.
