About Jacqueline
I specialize in grief. I know what it's like to get knocked down when your beloved transitions from this earthly plane. My yoga teaching incorporates breath-work, meditation, and a nice flow that takes that grief energy, and manifests it into something beautiful: strength, self-love, and power. Power to keep going, and power to allow yourself to sit with the grief, in the most in-tune, sensational way.
This is what my daughter Isabella taught me. As she guides our practice from above, I invite you to open your heart and let the sun shine in.
Light exists in the Valley.
I am certified in both Sivananda and Tapasya Yoga. I have been practicing since 1999; and have lived at both Sivananda Ashrams in Orleans, France and Woodbourne, New York for 2 years. I currently reside in San Diego, California and make frequent trips to the Sivananda Ashram in Grass Valley.
My spiritual name is Jyothi, which means Light (which seen through the third eye).

After all, this is *their* practice, their breath-work, *their* connection to their higher power.
