About Kathy
My experience in work and the training I have has helped me help my clients create the amazing results that they want to experience. I have been coaching for over 25 years and the experience makes a positive difference for my clients and helps me be a really good coach. I also have a successful business and personal counseling background which is helpful to many clients.
I am certified by Coaches Training Institute and the U of Penn, Authentic Happiness Coaching Program.

I send them questions before we start so they can tell the story of where they are and where they want to be. My coaching helps people look at their beliefs and if they serve the future life they want to live. My clients make choices that produce positive changes so they can create the results they want to have. Good coaching questions create movement, understanding, changing things someone has tolerated, and creates new directions, both subtle and obvious.

Details
My hourly fee is $175 per session. I meet once a week with new clients for 3 months usually. It is up to my clients after 3 months if they move to bi-weekly appointments.
