About Kelli

I guide young professionals into mindful eating, loving their bodies and cultivating conscious habits so they can master showing up as their best possible self and finally feel blissfully balanced - from the inside, out!

I also help spiritual entrepreneurs PACKAGE, SELL & STREAMLINE their brilliance so they can master the art of creating the Blissfully Balanced business they’ve always known deep down in their souls they are meant to have.

I emarked on this journey of healing and self improvment through my own personal healing experiences.

It is my mission to inspire others to live a better lifestyle. I have been teaching Vinayasa Flow to All levels for the past decade, and deepened my personal practice and teachings my investing into my Reiki Masters Certification, Health Coach & Life Coach Certifications, as well as Advanced Essential Nutrition so that I am able to heal and guide the WHOLE mind/body/soul of a person.

About the lesson

My typical process for working with new students and clients is to first begin exactly where they are, which is perfect. Then we begin an assessment where we will outline goals, visions, desires, conditions, etc - so we can plan our step by step journey that transforms where and who they are, to where and who they want to be.

I have work with corporate leaders, lawyers, financial advisors, celebrities, kindred spirits, and the conscious community.
