I love working with people. Together, we will discover new places and new ways to breathe in and establish a foothold on ones health. A renewed sustainability in their body and a continuation of their lives with a more richer and fluid continuity towards health.
I love learning and growing with my friends/clients/community. Becoming aware...being woke to the life in front of us and growing old knowing I've lived with kindness and love.
My ballet and pilates work lead me to yoga
I am a certified Yoga Therapist, a Certified 500 hour ERYT yoga instructor. I lead yoga teacher trainings and retreats around the world.
