My name is John Coulter, I'm a therapist and counselor with over 10 years' experience and I've helped individuals come to terms with life transitions that are wreaking havoc in their lives. At the same time, I've helped each individual gain the insight and tools they needed to overcome their life situation, and improve their perspective on the current matter. I offer different therapy methods that are proven to be effective in helping people get through stressful changes.
Some examples of life transitions that can cause stress and turmoil:
-Relationship separation or divorce
-Worry or fear about getting or starting a new job
