About Joseph

I teach individuals and couples how to give Swedish massages. A one hour class in the privacy of your home or at my place in Glendale, California. I have been doing this since the summer of 2005 when I started in San Diego, California. I screen my phone calls by using my Google phone number. I get too many telemarketers and robot calls. Please leave me a detailed message when you call. Thank you for doing that.

I love creating relaxing enviorments with music, candles, and the right atmosphere. Then give clients a relaxing massage.

$100 paid in advance through Venmo or PayPal.

I have been running since I was 12 years old, then in high school track, cross country. Then in the military when I was in in Air Force and Army. Now I do it to stay fit.

I went to a massage school in San Diego, California back in 2005. The name of the massage school is School of Healing Arts. I specialized in giving Swedish massages.

About the lesson

On Mondays and Wednesday mornings we meet at 7:15 am at the south end of the parking lot of The Autry Museum which is across the street from The LA Zoo. We stretch for 5 minutes. We walk, jog or run around the eastern half of the golf course. Depending on your pace it may take 30-60 minutes. We take a water break and stretch again.

After that we can leave, have breakfast or if you have time I can also give a massage.

All types. People wanting to loose weight. People wanting to become healthier. Some just need some encouragement to get them motivated.

I am 51 years old so I would look for someone that is very patient and knowlegable when choosing someone to learn from.

Every morning is a fresh start with clean air and a safe place to work out at.

$50 for the 30-60 minute walk or run at your pace.

I can run at a 10 minute mile pace for fast runners.

I charge $100 for the jog + massage.
