About Catherine Marie
My passion is to support others through the process of change in a non-judgmental and safe environment. This core coaching assists an individual to live from their authentic self. This re-balancing brings together the gap of who you are being and who you want to be to express your innate gifts and abilities and live the life you really want and love.
After one session, a client described it as going to talk therapy for 10 years without all the trauma, she was able to release her fear of letting someone get close to her and trust.
My coaching experience began as a teen, coaching adults who they themselves were over 30 years of age. For over 25 years I have supported individuals through a holistic cellular level healing experience. This has given clients a sense of self-assuredness, confidence and a strengthening of their own self-expression be it mental, emotional, physical or spiritual. This alongside with a B.S. in Psychology, training and certifications and own life experiences gives me the opportunity to relate on multiple levels.

Working with individuals and seeing them get what they are needing for themselves, teaching and knowing that they have what they need internally. That they are their own navigation system.
Seeing the solidity come through, the self-assuredness, and strength. Many clients experience the sense of feeling stronger in themselves and more grounded. They experience the ability to rest and breath better and having the ability to release old core beliefs that no longer serve them.
This makes my heart sing! When I can support someone become more of themselves by accepting who they are and that they truly are okay for being who they are!

Conversation/Consultation is the first step
We schedule a Exploration Session. Takes 1.5-2 hours. We have a conversation, I give my recommendation/evaluation. Client decides if they would like to move forward and work together.

Feel comfortable with whom you will be working with. Ask all the questions you are needing answers to. If you are not sure what to ask, ask the coach what are some of the general questions that are usually asked that you may not be asking.
A client was working with me on taking responsibility for her life. Her sister asked what she was doing in her life, as she recognized that she "was different, handling situations in a much more calmer fashion". My client let her know she was working with me. the sister asked her if she thought I would be able to support them with their relationship? (there had been resentment and hostility built up over the years).
I worked with them both, I received a picture and text over the holidays with them both smiling and thanking me for supporting them, they had not had that kind of experience with each other for many years.
I was very grateful to be a part of such a beautiful reunion.

$175 Initial Exploration Session
Depending on frequency of visits, a client can pay 1/2 of initial fee. Other options include a invitation to a group Cellular Level Healing Meditation held the 2nd, 4th and 5th Tuesday of the month at Unity of Phoenix. (By donation) - No one will be turned away for services.
