About Pattie

I am a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy For life Coach dealing with weight loss, relationships, stress, Anxiety,smokers sports and many more. I am a certified instructor with the NGH I have been teaching classes for 10 years. Teaching people how to change their lifestyle and having them come in and learning how to do certain things for themselves and take back their power.

Life coaching can be used for anything in your life that you want a change and how to develop and handle situations in relationships, career, Self-worth and even handling family issues. Many of my clients use both the Hypnotherapy And life coaching together to make it stronger in their mind. I see positive results each and every time. I hope I could help you change your thought process and help you handle your life challenge

My Passion for what I do helps my clients even more because I’m there to help them resolve whatever issues to get them back to bring positive.

I am a Board Certified Hypnotherapist/Sports Mental trainer-life coach and also a BA in Psychology and currently working on my Doctrine and my PHD in Natural Medicina.

I have been a Instructor for the NGH for the pass 10 yrs. I have helped thousands of my clients regain their happy lifesyle back.

I offer Certified classes for Hypnotherapy and also teach meditation as well as Self hypnosis and Dating Survival Classes.

My life coaching I’ve been doing for 10 years by helping others deal with certain situations primarily dating and relationships.

About the lesson

They set up a session for a free consultation and then we decide the method to use for what they are wanting done. Remote online and in office sessions available.

After booking the sessions Allow 90 minutes for the very first session so I get to know the client and then we see if it’s life coaching – hypnotherapy and what technique I’m going to use with them normally it takes three sessions for hypnotherapy for it to change the pattern in their mind or imprint. They receive a download with each session and also a motivational song and when they play that each and every time before they come and see me the next time I just get stronger in their mind
