First step is myBrilliance360 introduction call. During this call, we discuss student/client needs and how professional coaching matbor may not be a fit. If there is a program that is a good fit, we discuss the details and proceed from there. The call usually takes about 30-45 minutes, but can last up to an hour depending on how the call develops.
