About Stephany
I help with all kinds of Nutrition, Weight Loss, Sports and Exercise, Vitamins, Minerals and Nutrients, Cancer, Longevity and Aging. I am also a part time private chef who teaches cooking classes on healthy delicious food. I do catering and food and wine parings with teaching about both. I also take recipes that are unhealthy and make them healthy, I am working on a cookbook.
