About Suzanne

I help people improve their relationships, both personal and work-related. If you find that you are having challenging relationships, that your relationships are generally not working well, not loving, not happy, you may have behaviors that are sabataging your happiness. I can help you identify those behaviors. I can also help transform those behaviors into productive and loving ones. I have studied in the Real Love/Loving Groups community in Phoenix since 2011, first as a client, then hosting groups. I now have my own coaching business. I also have a strong spiritual (not religious) background which has enabled me to understand what kinds of behaviors do not serve us by creating pain and suffering unecessarily. I have studied with several spiritual masters. Since 2011 I have been a student of Master Zhi Gang Sha. I incorporate unconditional love and forgiveness into my practice.

Are you depressed? Do you regularly blame others for your problems? Are your relationships unfulfilling? Are you critical, judgemental, and comparing yourself to others? Do you have self-love issues? Do you have trouble staying out of anger? These are all things I have struggled with and have been able to help others with. I help you identify what you are feeling, and how to use your feelings to find your way to wellness.

I love it when I can help people realize that they really do have control over their reactions and their perceptions, and do not have to suffer. We are all in this together. Let's help one another.

I love helping others feel more empowered and peaceful. I have helped many people come to a place of peace after they shared their frustrations and challenges. Once we are able to understand that the only person we can change is ourselves, we can feel empowered and peaceful.

I have on a spiritual path for about 30 years but am not religious. I respect whatever path you are on as long as you are in alignment with Love, Peace, and Harmony.

My training is with the principals of Real Love, working with Loving Groups, training with Kain Ramsey and Jayson Gaddis. I also use my extensive spiritual training and wisdom gained through Siddha Yoga with Gurumayi Chidvilasananda; the Tao Institute with Master Zhi Gang Sha. I am currently a student with The Relationship School.

About the lesson

First we go over what you perceive as your main challenges. We will briefly review your family history and identify any major traumas that may be affecting your present life. I will give you feedback on behaviors that I perceive are sabataging your happiness. I will begin to help you identify those behaviors for yourself, and identify the choices you have available that you may not be able to see. We will begin the process of transforming behaviors that do not lead to your happiness.
