I am an empathetic, attentive motivating expert in my field!
I love the people I get to know!
I began my journey in health and fitness at 17 when I started an aerobics program in my dorms at MSU. After completing my degree in exercise science I went into full-time personal training - I have trained for over 19,000 hours. My passion, education, lived experience, and the joy of teaching yoga and others classes is what keep me motivated. I am 47 now and still in love wit movement.
