About Caitlin

At Luminaire we seek to bring out our Brightest Light through the practice of Yoga, through building Community, and through self-reflection and study.

Then we seek to help other people find their own Light - whether that means becoming a Yoga Teacher or just bringing a friend with you to one of our weekly group classes!

Whether you're interested in private classes, group classes, or one of our awesome 200hr Teacher Trainings, I'm so excited that our paths have crossed!

I'm a certified E-RYT200/500 Yoga Instructor with a passion for making Yoga inclusive & accessible to all people.

Teaching Yoga is my Soul's Purpose, and I'm blessed to be doing what I love every day!

I love seeing the incredible transformations my students go through in just a short time - whether it's finally doing a challenging pose they've been working on, or choosing to let go of fear and step into their Self-Confidence.

It's an honour and a privilege to facillitate and witness others' Growth. Helping people to find their Light and learn to Shine Bright is the best part of the work I do, and it's something that my students and clients take OFF the mat with them and into the rest of their lives.

Caitlin began teaching yoga through developing an Occupational Injury Prevention program while working as a Civil Engineer. From there her passion for helping others live their most vibrant lives led her to open her own studio and found the Luminaire Shool of Yoga.

Caitlin is an E-RYT 500 Certified Yoga Instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance and Luminaire's 200HR Yoga Teacher Training is also a Yoga Alliance-certified program.

Caitlin has been practicing yoga for almost two decades and has been teaching for the last five years. Her background in Engineering and Nutrition allows her to bring a solid science-based foundation to her teaching while staying true to the ancient philosophical and spiritual aspects of Yoga.

About the lesson

Prospective students come to the studio for a FREE consultaiton to talk about their goals for a Yoga practice and to learn more about Luminaire and our unique approach to Yoga instruction.

Private classes typically focus on injury recovery and prevention; specifically focusing on Balance, Core Strength, and Range of Motion.

Students who take Private classes are typically looking for dedicated one-on-one instruction to focus specifically on their physical needs and goals. I LOVE teaching private classes because we get to do exactly what YOU want and to focus on what YOUR body needs!

Rates for private instruction are $50 per hour.

Group class prices vary by class type.

Tuition for the 200hr Teacher Training is $2,700
