My name is Shannon and specialize in teaching private yoga and efficient movement in Toronto, Ontario.

I have been teaching Yoga since 2012 and Pilates since September 2015.

I love helping my students cultivate a deeper practice with guided personal yoga and efficient movement practices.

I love help students cultivate a deeper connection to their bodies which results in life changing expierences in all aspects of life. Body, mind and spirit.

3 days short of my 20th birthday I found myself pregnant with my daughter. I was living with anxiety, manic depression, addiction and uncontrollable rage, un-diagnosable and pain. I had survived a failed suicide attempt, many abusive relationships and a lot of self harm. I hated myself and I hated my body. I knew my daughter deserved more. She deserved a mother who was healthy both physically and mentally, a role model who could help her navigate life’s seas.

I began to take my yoga practice seriously. I cultivated and created a strong home practice and eventually got certified to teach Yoga and Pilates to take my knowledge deeper. Through this process I fell in love with power of healing body, mind and spirit through yoga and movement and wanted to help others going through similar challanges.

Certified Yoga teacher(E-YRT 200, YACEP®

300 + hours in anatomy and continuding eduction, with over 1000 hours teaching experience

-Certifcation in teaching Yoga for Seniors

-Yoga Shred® (Yoga HIIT fusion)

I meet my students exactly where they are and together we devlop a practice that students can start immediatly.

I have been so lucky to work with a very large and diverse group of students:
