About Alina
At True Guiding Soul it is our duty to help people find and heal from issues of their past that are holding them back currently. We walk you through current struggles in life and teach you how to connect your past experiences with your current situation. Then together we work on healing that past to make the present happier and better.
Our goal is to teach you how to live a happier and fuller life while understanding how to heal yourself and move through issues that arise. Instead of holding onto them and allowing them to create issues in the future. Many clients are thriving today thanks to our help. Clients even come back from time to time when something challenges them to get a bit more guidance.
My coaching began as a fitness and health coach, yet after finishing college I found a love in helping others in all aspects. My passion is helping others to learn how to maintain healthy relationships in life, the benefits of meditation and how to live as whole person (balanced in all areas).
Currently hold a BS in psychology and working on my MA to soon hold my LMFT / LPCC.

It is important to get to know the student and their needs. Usually done with a coaching questionaire to determine areas of main focus. We then get to know one another to make sure we are a good fit.
In the past I have worked with adolescents, teens and adults. Most have been individual, but I have worked with couples and families to assist with healthy communication.
