Many women I know want do something for themselves, especially when getting older. They want to stay healthy, fit and beautiful. My observation is: getting the occasional manicure is not enough to accomplish a healthier, happier life.

Instead, take your good intentions to live better, and invest in a meaningful and practical gesture for body, and mind. Practicing yoga from home allows you to work at your own pace, comfortably. Above all, you'll feel better in your own skin, and see real results.

I am a RYT Kundalini Yoga Instructer and Emotion Code Practitioner.

The 6 modalities of the Body Code and Three Dimensional Therapy are an advanced addition to the Emotion Code. I am doing this work succesfully for 3 years.

About the lesson

I work online through Zoom meetings to teach Kundalini Yoga classes. I will send you the link and we can connect at the scheduled time, or you join the weekly online group classes.

If you need additional energetic support, I do distance healing by phone to work on emotional or physical pain. I use the 6 modalities of the Body Code to remove body imbalances.
