About Rebecca
At Mrs. Trusky Teaches, I am dedicated to providing personalized and supportive tutoring services. With expertise spanning Math, Spanish, ESL, Science, and more, I cater to a diverse range of learning needs, including special education and homeschooling. My goal is to nurture confidence and excitement in learning, ensuring each student receives the attention they deserve. Whether you are looking to enhance your skills in literature, voice, or reading and writing, I am here to guide you every step of the way. Allow me to create a one-of-a-kind education journey, just for you!
As a graduate of The University of the Arts and West Chester University I hold 3 degrees: Certification in Vocal Performance, B.Ed in General Education Pre-K - 4th Grade and B.Ed in Special Education K-8. I have had the honor of working in education for over a decade; from private music lessons to teaching 4th grade to working with students and parents at home to foster growth. When working with a new student I always ensure to take the time needed to learn the little details that will help boost a student's success. Sometimes the biggest successes come from the smallest details of support.
I work in the following areas:
- Foundational skills and Pre-K learning
- K-4 ELA/Reading and Writing
- K-4 Math
- K-4 Science
- K-4 Social Studies
- Voice
- Beginner Piano
- Beginner Spanish
- Special Education support K-8
