About Elizabeth
Hello,
I am a teacher with over twenty five years of experience. I have taught preschool, religious school, kindergarten, third grade, and also have been the Director and Assistant Director of two After School Programs. Most recently, I completed fourteen years teaching at the Extended Day Program at Providence Day School. This year I am teaching kindergarten at a home schooling academy.
I have also been tutoring for over three years. I have tutored children ages four through twelve and am currently tutoring for five families. I have extensive experience in both using families' curriculum and preparing and writing my own curriculum. I have worked with several children with ADHD and learning challenges and tailor my teaching to each child's individual needs. I also teach time management, stress-reduction techniques, and work on self-image and self-esteem issues surrounding school challenges, if applicable.
I have availability this summer and into the fall. Please message me at (concealed information) or respond through this site. Thank you!
