About Kaitlyn

I have been a Kindergarten teacher for the past 3 years. I received my Master of Arts in Teaching from James Madison University in 2020. I am certified for ages birth-5 special education/early intervention and PreK-3 general education. I enjoy working with students of varying abilities. Past experience teaching in an alternative school has helped me gain many teaching strategies. I enjoy using games and relevant information to help my students learn more about the world around them. I would be open to helping with any subject, except for history as that is not my strong suit. Reading, math, and science are where my teaching abilities shine!
