About Caleb
Hello,
Thank you for stopping by my page. My name is Caleb Roussel, and I am a passionate educator. I love learning and school, while having hope for an improved learning environment for our future. I plan to bring that innovative style to my tutoring just like I do for my classroom. I teach English to 11th and 12th-grade students. I absolutely LOVE what I do, which is why I want to continue this over the summer. I have always had a summer job, but I'd rather continue doing what I love...more teaching! I am happy to work with you on location or even to work online with you/your student!
Boring stuff that matters:
-Graduated as the Outstanding Graduate of English Education at Saginaw Valley State University, which is given to one student a year.
-Graduated from Western Governors' University with a master's in Curriculum and Instruction (another passion of mine is creating curriculum that WORKS).
-I am currently in my second graduate program for a master's in K-12 Technology
-I am the drama director for about 150+ students in our district that perform in local theater as well as competitive theater (awarded millions in scholarships at competitions this year!)
-I also have had many other jobs not as relevant: hotel supervisor, barista trainer, etc.
