About Ernest

Have been working, teaching, managing and starting several businesses over more than 40 years. Have the background, experience and expertise to help folks just starting out or thinking about starting a new business or making over an existing one.

I graduated from University with a teaching degree, but rather quickly went into a business venture and have not looked back since. However, I very much appreciate being able to pass on at least some of that knowledge and spirit to folks to do what it takes to be successful.

Graduated University of Nebraska with a teaching degree and studied in the MBA program at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. Have spent several decades working for both small and large companies in progressively more responsible sales, marketing, operations, and management positions as well as being a founder, co-founder, or executive of a grocery store, a publishing company, a large retail department store, several software companies, and insurance companies among other business ventures.

About the lesson

First a discussion on the phone or google meet, zoom, etc. session to discuss their needs, thoughts around starting a business, what they think they'll learn etc. Usually spend 30 to 60 minutes to determine if we are a good fit.
