I have recently resigned for another year after initially joining in February 2019. Chad Chilcutt and his knowledgeable/friendly staff have welcomed me with open arms and have provided me with tools to achieve my fitness goals. I attend kickboxing classes 3-4 times a week. I highly recommend this school if you are seriously wanting to reach your fitness goals.

Wonderful family environment. The instructors have worked with my son for 6 months. We love it. They have taught him self-confidence , discipline, respect, and self-control. They give students goals to achieve and that gives the children worth and meaning. The instructors are not over the top or over whelming. We have had this experienced at other gyms. Perfect for single-moms, who’s son need male role models.
