About Gerard

I have a decade of teaching and training experience. I am a patient person, and very begginer friendly.

I've worked with different people thoughout my carreer. I really enjoy seeing when my student's notice the changes in their body, mind, and confidence after working with me.

I started teaching after many years of being a student. I was the student who the instructor picked to demonstrate certain techniques.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and MMA Trainer. I have many years of Mixed Martial Arts and Self Defense training. I have a Purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from Dan Covel.

About the lesson

I would like to get to know my student's physical abilities and health history.

I've worked with a variety of students from every background and age. I found it important to manage everyones expectation and goals. All of the people that I've worked with have seen positve results when training with me.

Come to training with an open mind.

I remember growning up watching action movies. I've always wanted to be the main character who trained and was able to overcome his obstacles.
