About Maxwell
Boxing, Kickboxing (Muay Thai/Sanda) also personal training for phyisical fitness in central Brooklyn and the surrounding area.
Working with fighters in the gym.
Certifed personal trainer, certified in cpr/A.E.D and also a boxing coach with USA Boxing the governing body of Ameteur boxing in the United States. Trained by a pro ranked Boxer, High level Amateur boxer who made the Olympic boxing team. Also have first hand sparring and fight experience.

All walks of life, people who want to learn the sport for compitition. People who want to get fit as well as those who want to learn for self defense purposes or just for fun.

Perfect! Coach Max is highly skilled professional who is patient, funny and kick-ass. My workout incorporated boxing and functional fitness. You don't realize how hard you are working during the hour long session until you see how much sweat you are leaving on the floor Nd the "awareness" of your muscles later in the day.
