About Dehgan
My karate training stands out from other schools for two main reasons:
1. One-on-one instruction: Many karate schools offer group classes where students learn together. However, our training is unique in that it offers one-on-one instruction, meaning that you receive individualized attention and can focus on your specific strengths and weaknesses. This personalized approach can help you progress faster and more effectively, as your instructor can tailor the training to your unique needs and learning style.
2. In addition to being a karate instructor, I am also a certified personal trainer. This sets the experience apart from other karate schools that may not have a background in fitness or exercise science. As a result, Yama Ki Karate can provide our students with a more holistic approach to training, focusing not only on karate techniques but also on overall health and wellness.
Through my work, I can contribute to the world by helping students improve their physical and mental health, develop self-discipline and self-defense skills, and build confidence and resilience.
