About Micaiah

I'm a great a coach played many sports so I have many tips on almost all of them. I am currently a boxer but my main focus is strength , conditioning, and flexibility. You can not be a athlete without these three attributes they are a need and they are a must. Hard work and dedication will always beat talent and I want to show all my athletes that's true by training them and making better than the next man/woman up. I have a garage full of weights and a field with lots of cones and some ladders I am willing to make you the next level athlete if you are willing to put in the work with me!! I've played football most of my life also went to school on a full football scholarship at Tennessee State University , I've also played baseball when I was younger and I recently picked up boxing. In all sports I've played I realize being in the best shape possible will always be your best friend.

Start with a basic training day nothing serious. Get to know my athlete and see what particularly it is they want to develop on. Now if I see something that needs progress I will work on it until it's perfected. After about 2-3 days of getting to know each other then me and my athlete will progress to peak potential every step of the way my job is to make them a better athlete and a better person!
