About Coach
We specialize in Boxing, Kickboxing & Fitness. We teach you how to “Attack Life” with fitness.
I enjoy helping my clients in my classes or 1on1 surpass their fitness goals.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of Boxing Coaching experience. I also have over 20 years of Kickboxing and Martial Arts Training experiences.

The client will come in for a “Meet & Greet 1on1 session for only $25 or a “Meet & Greet” Class for only $10. Then we discuss their goals and see if we are a fit for each other.
My clients go from 7 years and up and range in all levels of experience.

Details
Class are $20 per class pay as you go or if your going to two or more classes a week you can buy an 8 class package for $120.
1on1 sessions are; $60 Pay as you go, $200 for 4 Sessions and $360 for 8 sessions with all classes included.
