About Claude

I teach real boxing skills, which can be useful for self defense; competitive fighting, whether amateur or pro; or a great workout. Whether you're interested in toning your body, getting in shape or really want to fight, I can train you to reach your goal.

What I enjoy most about teaching is passing on what I have learned over the years to those who seek it. I love the way a student lights up when they successful execute a challenging knew skill. I like helping others gain confidence and achieve something they thought was difficult or impossible. That really motivates me.
