About Christopher
I bring my military, sports, and world training background to a full spear head. Creative, effective, science- based results, and I will NOT let you fail! I specialize in body mechanics training, muscle gain, fat loss, endurance training, martial arts, and tactical training ( law enforcement, first responders)
