About Francisco
i do small class or private one on one lessons. Privates are my prefered teaching method for beginners, this gives me full control so the student can have a safe and rich learning experience. One of my favorites aspects of this is the customization of techniques, all tailord to the person's strong points and flaws. The self defense lessons are a mix of combat basics and strategy, stand up and ground work.
i have been training martial arts since 2012. i started with muay thai where i trained for three years before moving on to gracie jiu jitsu. I competed in both disciplines in small tourneys to the big stage events. I lead a small class at my instructors academy where i hold a purple belt.
i enjoy the discovery element, the discovery of body, mind and spirit. martial arts tests and gives you instant feed back on all three. From the newest to the most veteran person in the room will go through a journey when they participate in an activity as demanding as a fight.
